Part I: Creating a New Session and Loading Comments

Step 1: Create a New Session

On the StreamMix main screen, click "Live Session" (located in the left-hand toolbar).

On the Live Session page, click the "New Session" button.

Next, enter the name of your livestream session in the "Name" section. The "ID" will automatically copy the content you entered.

Once you've filled in the necessary information, click the "Add" button.

Step 2: Enabling the Load Comment Feature on StreamMix

In the StreamMix interface, select "New Component."

The "Add a component" window will appear; click "Load comment."

Step 3: Loading Comments from OBS Livestream

In the Load comment frame, click on "+ Source."

StreamMix will prompt you to paste the livestream link into StreamMix.

After pasting the livestream link to StreamMix, click "Add" to complete the setup.

To view the comments from the livestream, click the "Comment Controler" icon. StreamMix will open a new tab displaying the 200 latest comments from the Livestream on OBS.

Step 4: Setting Up Lucky Dials on StreamMix

On the tab containing feedback from the livestream, in the top left corner of the screen, click on the "Lucky Dials" option. With StreamMix, you'll have predefined Lucky Dials templates, which you can flexibly customize or keep according to your preferences.

Here are the details you NEED TO KNOW when using the Lucky Dials feature:

a) In the "Link & Setting" section

• Lucky Dial WEB: This link displays images of the Lucky Dials.

• Lucky Dial WEB Result: This link displays information about the winner.

b) In the "Template" section

Slot of dial: Choose to increase or decrease the number of digits to be dialed.

c) In the "Filter source" section

You can filter comments in the following steps:

• All comments: Dial based on all comments in the livestream.

• Filter comments: Dial based on pre-filtered comments.

• Filter users: Dial based on pre-filtered users.

d) In the "Data source" section

• Comment order: Retrieve data from the comment order.

• Comment content: Retrieve data from the comment content.

Note: You can exclude previous winners by clicking "Remove lucky users from the next dial."

Step 5: Setting Up Lucky Dials on OBS

On your OBS livestream, click the "+" icon under the "Source" section and then select "Browser."

The "Create/Select Source" window will appear. Change the Browser name to "Lucky Dials" (for easy identification) and click "OK."

In the "Properties for Browser" window, paste the "Lucky Dial WEB" link from StreamMix into the URL field and click "OK."

Repeat the same process with the "Lucky Dial WEB Result" link to display the winner information.

Step 6: Using the Lucky Dials Feature on OBS through StreamMix

To use the Lucky Dials feature on StreamMix, on the StreamMix website, click "Start" to begin the lucky draw.

To stop the lucky draw, click the "Stop" button. The winner's information will appear simultaneously on StreamMix and your OBS livestream.
